When they infiltrate Kattegat, Ragnars patience wears thin

Floki is not your ally or next of kin

He is for Ragnar won’t let you commit your sin\

A brutal stabbing and primal scream was smooth as a violin

 

Prophecy

As the pain of childbirth ravages her body once again

She pushes the monster from her womb with great strain

The child lacks bone mass, to cry out she cannot abstain

Her prophecy came to light This is a son he cannot ordain

 

The heartless Earl takes the child to be discarded by nature

He steals the child in the dead of night, as not to mar his stature

The Earl See’s all as a whole

Marred Tactician

Fresh from the fight the lady returns with reluctance

An angry Earl ignores her substance

The warrior knew upon returning there would be little acceptance

There was no denial of the love she has for her ex husband

hatred makes the Earl take to bed a new acquaintance

 

The rouges slip in to her bed chamber to beat and mar

At the Earls coaxing, 4 beat the lady under the north star

Kicks and blows on the floor she lay with her scar

To parade her face in the midst of all was bizarre

His abuse to the lady, in all eyes, has gone to far!

 

He has ignited a raging fire inside her soul

His tyrannical behavior and refusal to be warned has taken it’s toll

Will he really allow all to see her blood? Is that his goal?

Jealousy and the urge to humiliate forces her hand to change her role

The marred tactician turns to stab the troll

 

She watches him scream and flail about

Stands firm with her head held up to establish her clout
Blades are drawn seemingly against her, but the assassins blade changed it’s route

Slicing the head of the Earl and now to Lagertha, all are devout

Jarls Borg took upon himself to capture the town and sit in the Earls seat, his path is now paved

 

From speaking of Ragnar the words have been banned

Escape all to the mountains, word is spread all over the land

Kattegat was taken over and neighboring towns will lend a hand

The flames of war have been fanned

A small army of capable men has been manned

 

Ragnar is told on his raid in Wessex

Of Jarls Borgs invasion and it’s effects

Ragnar burns for his family and his subjects

Warriors load the Viking ships decks

He’s coming Jarls Borg!  Like a Tyrannosaurus Rex

 

 

 

A Warrior Betrayed by his own blood

It begins with a brother betrayed

Loyalty of low grade

His brothers army was in front of his swords blade

His burning jealousy, is why he strayed

Jarls Borg was aide to his brigade

Against his own blood, he did raid

A separation of family was made

When Rollo loses he is afraid

 

NOW, what will the Gods say is Rollo’s punishment

For his betrayal what will be the towns folks judgement

Rollo is not innocent

He was a backstabbing gent

Will any of his apologies make a dent?

Will Ragnar forever torment?

to what extent?

To live say the Gods, near banishment

 

Rollo will wish for death

he will drown himself in Ale but still draw breath

after years of trying to die, will Ragnar ever forget?

To raid with him again Rollo will suggest
